Fleet House Farm is in a very beautiful area, looking out onto the Fleet and Chesil Beach, part of the Jurrassic coast. All around the farm are off-road rides for use only by our clients. The rides aren’t just narrow paths, they are wide enough for three or four horses abreast!
The picture above shows a panoramic view from one of the rides. To the right is the Fleet and Chesil beach with Portland just visible in the distance where the beach meets the coast. The ride goes around the edge of the field on the left and can be seen as the lighter green strip alongside the hedge.
There are more rides like this, around three miles in total. This gives you plenty of space to exercise your horse fully without worrying about traffic.
There is also access to rides off the farm that will take you further afield towards the villages of Abbotsbury, Portesham and Hardys Monument.
